Recognizing Contributions and Achievements
The Awards Committee organizes the annual Black White & Blue Awards Gala to celebrate excellence in the North Texas corporate real estate community. Responsibilities include:
- Develop relevant, fair criteria and categories aligned with the organization's mission.
- Promote the awards, manage the nomination process, and ensure nominations meet eligibility requirements.
- Evaluate and maintain confidentiality during the review process, possibly involving additional checks.
- Make informed decisions based on merit and organizational values.
- Plan and manage the event, including logistics, sponsorships, ticket sales, and event details.
- Notify and coordinate nominees and awardees.
- Publicize winners and the event through various media channels.
- Review and improve the awards process based on feedback and effectiveness.
- Maintain records and prepare reports on the awards program’s outcomes.
